2. Gym Partners

• Gyms are responsible for maintaining accurate availability and pricing for their facilities.
• FitHub acts as an intermediary connecting customers to gyms for daily entries or memberships.
• Gyms must ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all FitHub users.
• Payments and payouts to gyms will be processed according to our standard settlement cycle.

3. Personal Trainers

• Trainers must provide accurate qualifications, availability, and session details.
• Cancellations by trainers must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties.
• Trainers must adhere to the rules and regulations of the gyms where they conduct sessions.
• All payments for sessions booked through FitHub must remain on the platform.

4. Customers (Users)

• Users must adhere to the specific rules of the gyms they visit or the trainers they hire.
• Booking cancellations are subject to the specific refund policy of the service booked.
• Users are responsible for their own health and should consult a physician before beginning any new exercise program.
